Our service personnel do not always have to be on site to rectify software problems, for example; information can also be passed on to our service specialists by your specialist personnel on site. If necessary, the first glance via video or remote access can provide important information for an on-site intervention.

With TeamViewer AR®, we offer extended support via augmented reality to help you solve problems on site. In personal contact with your personnel at the machine, our service team can take a look at everything and, if necessary, quickly and easily call in specialists in-house - so problems can be identified immediately and, depending on their nature, resolved directly.
This saves journeys and time for both sides. And if a service call-out is required on site, our team already knows what to do and is immediately prepared for the job. Talk to our service team about AR support - we will be happy to agree to individual conditions with you to suit your needs.
VPN box
Secure remote access to your IEF machines with our VPN box. Thanks to the direct P2P connection, we can access the relevant machine directly and help you. If you have several of our machines and systems in use, you don‘t need several boxes for remote access - thanks to plug & play, it can simply be connected to another IEF system if required. If you do not have your own network with internet access on site, we can equip the boxes with mobile radio in advance so that a connection can be established if necessary.
