We offer specialised services and support for components and systems. This includes, for example, safety-related measurements, training, maintenance and repair services.

Meassurements

Overrun measurement

By verifying the functionality of your safety devices such as light curtains, you can prevent your machines from being shut down by the authorities or safety management - annual overrun measurement also ensure the protection of your personnel.
Our service team carries out a preliminary inspection to check whether or not your machine fulfils the technical requirements. We can check the technical requirements for you in advance and put your system in the necessary condition to be able to carry out the overrun measurement in accordance with standards.Once the order has been carried out, you will receive the standardised measurement report with all the information.

Inspection of wheel gauging machines

Wheel measuring machines must produce precise results. This is verified and documented. Our service team checks the machine settings and alignment of the components during the measuring process. Our specialists carry out the measurements for you and then provide the measurement reports as proof.

Maintenance training

As an alternative to regular maintenance and repair appointments by our service team, we offer you and your staff maintenance training courses. We show how to carry out the most common maintenance work independently. This enables you to recognise wear and tear on site in good time and prevent unplanned downtime.

In house repairs

Do you have a malfunctioning IEF component and would like to have it repaired easily and without a service call? Simply send us the device or components! Our experienced service team is carrying out internal repairs quickly and reliably so that production or manufacturing can continue as quickly as possible!
