Biking together
Long distances, plenty of elevation gain and a great atmosphere in the sunshine: on 12 and 13 September, IEF-Werner took part in the Black Forest Bike Marathon with a total of 11 participants, comprising family members, guests and staff. Dr Jörn Großmann, a member of the Executive Board of INDUS Holding AG, and his wife Carmen Großmann accepted the invitation to this sporting weekend in the Black Forest. Ofa Bamberg GmbH provided additional support by supplying the team with compression stockings.
Particularly pleasing: with IEF-Werner (INDUS Engineering segment), Dr Jörn Großmann (COO of the Infrastructure segment) and Ofa Bamberg GmbH (Materials Solutions segment), all segments of INDUS Holding AG were symbolically represented at the Black Forest Bike Marathon.
The participants’ verdict was clear: whether on the challenging climbs, the rapid descents or during the relaxed chats after the race, the weekend was a resounding success and has left everyone keen to do it all again.
