Whistleblower system

Whistleblower system

Look. Act. Report safely. Improve together.

All employees, business partners and other third parties are welcome to report concerns. If you suspect that behaviour violates legal or internal regulations or our Code of Conduct – whether through active action or omission – we ask you to report it. Violations can be reported to your compliance officer or another appropriate authority (e.g. supervisor or human resources manager).

Reports can also be made (anonymously) via the SpeakUp reporting system. It is possible to report a violation online in writing or by telephone. When reporting a violation, both the privacy policy for the use of SpeakUp and the SpeakUp guidelines (rules of procedure) for handling complaints and suspected compliance violations apply.

How to access our system for reporting possible violations – either by name or anonymously:

SpeakUp telephone: Freephone: 0800 1818 952

Organisation code: 121532

Note: Public channels are also available.

We handle reports independently, impartially and confidentially.

Declaration of Principles on Respect for Human Rights

At INDUS, each subsidiary pursues its own path. What they all have in common, however, is their understanding of values. Sustainable action is based on balancing the three pillars: economy, ecology and social issues.
With this policy statement on the Human Rights Strategy, we reaffirm our commitment to respecting human rights as laid down in

  • The International Bill of Human Rights,
  • the International Labour Organisation's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and
  • the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

This declaration complements and concretises our Code of Conduct on Human Rights and Good Working Conditions.

Code of Conduct

We are very mindful of our role as a responsible member of society and of our responsibility to customers, business partners, and employees. We take these responsibilities very seriously. We are therefore committed to the principles of conduct that such an awareness compels us to embrace. These principles form the basis for our entrepreneurial activities and social conduct.
