For the first aiPRESS generation (production before 2019), we offer you a calibration of the complete force measuring chain carried out by our calibration service provider. For this purpose, the force measuring chain is removed and we coordinate the calibration for your aiPRESS. In order to maintain production, we can supply you with a new, already calibrated force measuring chain. Calibration gives you the assurance that your aiPRESS is working reliably. We can also provide you with a DAkkS calibration certificate if required.

With all Gen 2 aiPRESS (production after 2019), it is possible to calibrate the force measuring chain directly on site in its installed state using a software extension. 
Benefit: You can re-start production after a short period. We can also calibrate different force ranges on your aiPRESS servo presses to ensure the best results for your products.

The aiPRESS is quick and easy to set up. Nevertheless, it makes sense, especially at the beginning, to provide your staff with the necessary knowledge and skills in handling the aiPRESS servo press. Depending on the level of training, we teach how to create new product recipes, deal with various faults and messages and how to rectify them, or explain in detail how to maintain the press correctly so that precision and reliability are maintained in day-to-day production.
