The modular palletiser system can be tailored to every task. Users are able to operate the varioSTACK CF with an integrated IEF product handling or adapt it to an already existing robot or handling system. Moreover, the very compact machine can be loaded with pallet wagons or transport belts by default – the belt-loading version also sideways.
The stroke axis as well as the product handling of the palletiser are completely covered with stainless steel. This allow a easy and quick cleaning. The bottom of the machine is closed and may be sealed on request. The energy supply is integrated in the machine. The stroke axes are servo controlled and equipped with absolute encoders. They pick up loaded trays weighing up to 20 kilograms. The tray changing time is less than 5 seconds. Within 20 seconds the palletiser changes the pallet stack. The product handling can pick up components weighing up to 5 kilograms including the gripper and thereby has a repeat accuracy of ±0.05 millimetres.
