Product details of the cantilever axis module 160/20 ZR10 telescope

The cantilever axis module 160/20 ZR10 telescope is designed as a telescopic axis. The load-bearing element is a drawn aluminum profile. It protects the internal guides and impresses with its high torsional and flexural rigidity. The telescopic axis moves via a toothed belt drive with planetary gear. The drive with stationary toothed belt is designed for travel speeds of up to 2.4 m/s. Positioning is performed with a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm.

Features

  • large stroke with compact dimensions by overlaid movement
  • extremely high movement speed of up to 6 m/s at cantilever arm

Applications

  • loading and unloading of processing machines (e.g. automatic lathes, grinding machines, etc.)
  • parts removal from injection moulding machines with palletising
  • unstacking devices

  • Motor assembly variants

Motors are directly attached to the linear unit via planetary gear.

  • Accessories: Levelling elements

These elements are ideal for the levelling of assembly surfaces which cannot be mechanically processed or only with great effort. You can find more information and helpful tutorials here.
