IEF-Werner honours long-serving employees
As part of its summer party, IEF-Werner GmbH recognised long-serving employees for their loyalty to the company. A total of eight employees were honoured for 25, 30 and 35 years’ service. Managing Directors Jürgen Noailles, Stefan Deck and Manfred Meyer thanked them for their many years of dedication and their commitment to the company.
“Long-serving employees are a key factor in IEF-Werner’s success. Their experience, commitment and identification with the company shape our corporate culture and ensure the high quality of our work,” emphasised Managing Director Jürgen Noailles.
The attendance of several employees who had recently retired was also a special sign of their continued connection with the company. Their visit to the summer party demonstrated that the bond with IEF-Werner often extends far beyond their working lives.
The individuals honoured for their long service were:
35 Years: Werner Kirner, Dieter Schöffel and Andreas Wisser
30 Years: Heiko Frey and Tanja Ketterer
25 Years: Alexander Kienzler, Carsten Pelz and Harald Weiß.
