IEF-Werner honours employees celebrating anniversaries
At this year's summer party at IEF-Werner GmbH, which marked the company's 45th anniversary, several employees were honoured for their long service. Managing directors Stefan Deck and Manfred Meyer expressed their heartfelt thanks and emphasised the great value that this long-standing loyalty has for the company.
‘The fact that colleagues have been part of our team for 25, 30 or even over 35 years is what makes IEF-Werner so special,’ said Managing Director Manfred Meyer in his speech. Working together for decades is an important part of the company culture and a strong foundation for the company's success.
Several colleagues who recently retired also took part in the celebration. Their presence underscored the enduring loyalty of many former employees to the company.
