Furtwangen, October 6th, 2020 – The training of junior staff is an integral part of IEF-Werner's corporate philosophy. The automation specialist prepares young people for their profession with the aim of integrating them later as valuable employees. This now includes Sophie Hug and Maximilian Rohrer, who have successfully completed their training as industrial clerk and mechatronics engineer. The Black Forest company has taken them both on. "We attach great importance to keeping our trainees with us after their apprenticeship," Manfred Meyer, managing director at IEF-Werner, says.
