If the palletising process requires the interlinking of other processes, transfer systems can be used, for example.

Our solutions for cleaning workpieces and trays range from non-contact methods such as blowing off, vacuuming or blowing out, to the use of ionised air.

When using rotary nozzles, a high cleaning depth is achieved by pulsating air vortices.

IEF-Werner distinguishes itself with many years of experience in the field of control systems. Our user-friendly controls can be connected to master computers, databases or OPC servers. The modular design of the user interfaces and software solutions simplifies recipe management and the documentation of your production. They can be individually adapted to new requirements at any time.

Of course, we can evaluate, save, send and clearly display the recorded data such as distance, force, time, number of pieces.

Our palletising systems are equipped with a control panel as standard. This interface allows you to easily & independently teach-in new products and change parameters. All without any programming knowledge and with full control. The user interface is intuitive and self-explanatory.
