Palletisers and palletising systems
Palletiser for optimised material flow
In modern assembly systems, an organised and gentle transfer of workpieces is required. Intermediate buffering is also often required. The IEF palletising systems are designed for flexible factory automation, demand-oriented material flow and autonomy - palletising and depalletising, workpiece transfer or feeding of parts to other production sections. All variants are particularly suitable for integration with machining centres, Scara robots, cobots or transfer lines. Pallet stacks can be supplied or removed autonomously by automated guided vehicles (AGV) or conventionally by trolley or belt loading with human personnel.
Servomotors with absolute value technology are used for the drive, which eliminates the need for reference runs - for example when restarting or opening doors. In addition to the standard pallet sizes (1/2 Euro size with 800 x 600 mm to 1/16 Euro size with 300 x 200 mm) with a maximum weight of 30 kg, our palletisers can of course also process special sizes.

Palletising system with automated guided vehicles (AGV)
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) optimise and automate the internal flow of materials such as pallet stacks. IEF-Werner is at your disposal as a competent partner for the implementation and planning of AGV solutions for palletising systems.
ecoSTACK palletiser with 3 buffer positions
The ecoSTACK palletising system is designed for low to medium part weights. Its mode of operation is ideally suited for integration into systems with existing product handling systems, e.g. for injection moulding machines with removal handling. The palletiser also saves costs as there is no need for inefficient - and therefore expensive - compressed air. Pallet handling is carried out purely electrically.
