Application

The double palletiser is part of the overall plant for mounting piston rings on hydraulic pistons.
Components
- Module 101: Supply of the pallets and unloading of the raw parts
- Module 102: Supply of the finished parts and stacking of the loaded pallets

- autonomous runtime of > 30 min
- processing of five different pallet heights from 22 - 46 mm
- capacity per pallet between 12 and 60 parts
- connection of module 101 to module 102 by posyART duplex belt
- supply of completely filled raw parts pallets
- quantity difference between raw and finished parts by rejects is balanced out by gapless equipment of the finished parts pallets
- manual removal of the empty pallets
