Electrical protective cover

The electrical protective cover made of polycarbonate prevents access to the danger zone and is equipped with a opening or closing mechanism. The pressing process can only be started when the protective cover is in closed position.

The position of the electrical protective cover is monitored via a safety switch. The safety switch meets the following requirements:

  • EN 60204-1 and IEC 60204-1
  • EN 60947-5-3
  • EN 62061: SIL CL 3
  • EN ISO 13849-1: PLe and cat. 4
