aiStart - starting button

aiSTART allows to start the joining process in close proximity to the working area. This means: Short distances and short assembly times. The field effect sensors, that trigger the joining process, are arranged on the right and left of the servo press. A soft touch is enough to start the joining process. The pressing operation can be cancelled at any time by pressing the emergency stop switch at the front of the system.

In addition, the pressing process can also be started via remote control - e.g. foot switch. For this purpose special interfaces are available.
