The external dimension oft he linear unit Modul 115/42 B are identical to linear unit Modul 115/42. However, the assembled guiding system consisting of ball carriage and guide rail cannot be exchanged between the both linear units without additional efforts.

Version with metal strip cover
The toothed belt drive is also available in a version with metal strip cover. The Module 115/42 MB is particularly suitable for clean room applications. The metal strip cover provides protection against the ingress of dirt or particles and prevents the release of particles into the environment of the linear unit.
