We orient ourselves continuously and consistently towards the requirements of our customers. A fixed component of our company's philosophy is the customer service - from project planning, through introduction into the finished product, up to after sale service. Our target is to competently advise every customer and to develop individual solutions through constructive dialogue. We still want to be a reliable and fair partner. Our customers receive a consistently high standard at reasonably prices and at the agreed date.
Our work is always characterised by a sense of responsibility, loyalty and entrepreneurial thinking. Due to our flat hierarchies we are flexible and able to act quickly. We appreciate an open and honest communication culture. The education of junior employees is a fixed component of the IEF company's philosophy: Here, young people are prepared for their future profession, to be integrated as a valuable employees later.
We always act environmentally aware and climate-friendly. Not least because of our location in the Black Forest it is our obligation to do so. Already in the phase of development, ideas are inspected for economy and ecology. Thus, we examine for example which methods and combinations of drive technologies use the energy most efficiently. The large waiver of compressed air consumers, the use of mainly low voltage technology and the automatic shutdown of temporarily unneeded components are only examples for a successful action in accordance with nature.
